Rosaly asked for "one more thing..." for her new house... She has one bed, no fridge or stove ... Guess what she asked for?
You can read Heidi´s letter below... and please help make her dream come true...
Thank you for everyone who has come along side of Rosaly - through your prayers, work or giving... God has provided incredibly... everything has been covered. The new date (there have been about 10 different dates...) for the "official" handover of the house is set for Monday, October 3rd...
(although all the delays have allowed Rosaly to get all the things done around her home....) A few short weeks ago, we were at Rosi´s house when the supervisor came through and gave her an official (OVERWHELMING) To-Do list of everything that had to be complete in the next 10 days... the roof, floors, septic tank, plastering, painting, bringing up the level of the yard, gardens, walkway out front, plumbing, electrical wiring, doors on, etc... etc... etc... We encouraged Rosi that "it could be done!" but inwardly we wondered how it would be possible... Wow... it was possible!!!! Thanks to God... and you...
Today the supervisor left Rosi her last "official to-do" list... "clean and move in!!!!"
Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Corina....
Note from Heidi:
The wonderfully great news is that Rosi got her house!! yesterday she was told by the government workers that she was approved "the most beautiful house", "a lovely garden", "the paint looks great" and they were thrilled.... The official turn over and act will happen next Saturday, but she has been given the green light!!!
I wanted to thank each of you personally, but the distance doesn't allow this to happen. Pictures will be sent once the official act of turn over is done and you will be able to see the journey as it progressed!! It is really so amazing to see it all happen. Thank you so very, very much for giving towards Rosi. She is beyond words at the support and love that has come from afar. I am too humbled by your responses. The bills are paid, the lines have been crossed and well a family larger then she knew she had, has built this home....
Rosi asks for one more thing... a picture.... here at El Jordan we have a tree with most of our supporters on it. It reminds that our family so much bigger then what it seems. She wants (and had asked so many times) that we would help her do the same in her house ... a reminder of her journey and that they would never forget how God carried them through this.
I do have some of your pictures on file, but if you could send me another just to make sure (if you don't, I'll Facebook snoop and find a goody :) ).... We want to have them by Wednesday so they can be laminated and put up before Saturday... thanks so much and love you all so very much!
Love Heidi
